Worldwide Shipping ~ email us for details
Due to the complexity of shipping charge quotations and the limitations of PayPal, Jumps West reviews all Internet orders and notifies you immediately to refund shipping charge overages where automatic freight charges are miscalculated, or to increase the final price for additional quantities added at PayPal where shipping charges are based on only the first item.
Orders frequently ship from more than one production facility, using more than one method. For freight shipping, trucking companies charge a fixed rate for the first 300 pounds so its more cost effective to batch your orders in the smallest number of shipments possible.
Prices: Prices and products can change without notice. Please contact us directly to confirm availability and pricing.
Time frame: On average, most items ship within 7-10 business days, with the exception of wood courses and custom items.
Custom orders: allow 4-6 weeks.

Merchandise is shipped out using ground services and freight services. Normal shipping times are from 2 business days for regional Fed Ex and USPS ground shipments, up to 7-10 business days for long distance trucking, particularly in the event of weather delays or service holidays.
Expedited, rush orders incur surcharges. Please take this into consideration as you complete your order.
Large Orders NOTE: If you are considering a larger order, please check the Specials, Hunter, Jumper, or Combined Package pages first. All products over 6' in length ship via commercial freight at a flat rate for the first 300 pounds. So, it costs as much to send one item via freight as it does to send multiple, up to 300 lbs. Thank you for your understanding.

If considering a larger order, please ask us for an exact freight quote.

Please contact us for a quote via email. Large orders and out of state orders usually ship via Commercial Freight. Jumps West ships regionally using contract drivers. Small orders can be shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Sorry, we can only ship commercial freight orders (all orders over 8' length or 150 pounds or more) to businesses. If you have purchased online from us and are shipping to a residential address, you will be responsible for all freight surcharges such as residential delivery costs, setting appointment time, coordinating delivery/redeliver etc.

Shipping Delays: We cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier/other circumstances beyond our control. We will assist you by trying to provide the best service to help you manage your shipment. Our products are sold FOB ('free on board') at the factory. Trucking companies generally require an appointment for delivery, so always include contact information including a phone number with your confirmed order.

Claims If you need to file a claim for your merchandise, contact the shipping company and/or the insurance underwriter (such as AIG) . The FedEx claim form is here. Additional information about limits of freight carrier liability and a Freight Claim Form can be found here.
Refunds Please order carefully. Custom orders are non-refundable. If a rush order is necessary, please contact us to quote Top Priority manufacturing and shipment charges. If you have questions, please email us.

Please order carefully. Returns for regular polyethylene stock items accepted within seven days of receipt of purchase. Custom orders, painted items and wood items not returnable. Returns must be in new condition. Shipping not included. All returns/cancellations subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Shipping not included.
Limitations of Liability:
Jumps West uses third parties, such as trucking companies and FedEx, USPS and UPS to ship orders. If you have any concerns regarding the handling of your order, we strongly recommend you select the option to purchase insurance available from the carriers for your order. There is independent insurance available for freight shipments via AIG, often for a nominal surcharge of under $100.

Jumps West cannot be responsible for package handling in transit. If you elect not to insure your purchase, you may file a claim directly with the freight carrier, all of which do carry some form of liability coverage. Please read carefully to understand carrier and insurance policy provisions. We pack professionally and all shipments are inspected and signed off at point of sale, when delivered to carriers. All products are the property of the buyer as soon as they are packed and delivered to carriers for transport.

Orders must be tracked and managed by the customer. Trucking companies generally require an appointment for delivery. Be sure to give us and the carriers your complete contact information. Residential deliveries, liftgate services, rush orders, limited access and Saturday shipments, among others, all require special handling surcharges.
Please note: Customers are responsible for managing the receipt of merchandise, including inspection and claims handling. For merchandise valued at $200 and more, we recommend you consider purchasing shipping insurance, which is made available to you by the shipping carriers and underwritten by AIG or others. We professionally pack and inspect all orders, and will help you in the event of a Claim, regarding contact with the shipping company, who will want a copy of your original invoice as well as shipping documents. Carriers do cover basic insurance against loss and damage, however often their claims process is lengthy, and their valuations may be subject to certain limits. Merchandise that is lost, missing or damaged at time of delivery must be noted on the delivery documents (shipping bill of lading/digital signature, etc) with the delivery driver present or all coverages are voided by the carriers. In rare cases, there is concealed damage, which must also be reported to the carrier within 48 hours of receipt. Concealed damage claims are rarely settled in the buyer's favor, so, if you have any doubts or concerns about possible concealed damage, we highly recommend that you inspect and open your boxes to check, and note it at time of delivery.

Freight quotes are highly sensitive to services and handling. Residential deliveries, restricted access, and other types of charges may apply - we can obtain a written freight quote prior to shipping, to allow you to understand options and pricing. You can save the residential surcharge by picking up your freight shipment at the closest freight depot, often this distance will be 25 miles or less. Freight that arrives and is due out for delivery may be subject to storage fees by the carriers at the dispatch location if not deliverable five business days after arrival at the shipping service destination location.
